If you would like your GOLS account deleted, our team can help review and process the request.

Before You Request Deletion

Please note:

  • GOLS account creation is free.
  • Most GOLS purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
  • Deleting your account may affect access to previous purchases, delivered game footage, or event content.

How to Request Account Deletion

Email success@gols.co with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address on the account
  • Confirmation that you want the account deleted

If You See a “Cancel Subscription First” Message

If the app or website says you need to cancel a subscription before deleting your account, please send us a screenshot. Our team will review the issue and help resolve it.
