Refund Policy for Streaming Purchases

Overview

GOLS streaming purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that technical issues can happen.

If a verified technical issue on our end significantly impacts your ability to watch a purchased event, our team may review your purchase for a possible refund or other resolution.

Refunds May Be Reviewed When

  • The stream was unavailable for a significant portion of the event.
  • The wrong feed or game was shown.
  • A technical issue on GOLS’ side prevented access.
  • A paid event was later confirmed to be free.
  • A duplicate or incorrect charge occurred.

Refunds Are Typically Not Approved When

  • The customer missed the game but the stream was available.
  • The customer purchased the wrong event.
  • Internet or device issues were outside of GOLS’ control.
  • The event was watched successfully.
  • The request is unrelated to a verified access or technical issue.

How to Request a Refund Review

Email success@gols.co with:

  • Name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Event name
  • Date of purchase
  • Amount charged
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot or receipt, if available

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it typically takes 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
